I started my career in the stock markets in 1995 with the HDFC Bank IPO. I have an MBA in finance and currently work as a Director at Precision Technical Analysis Pvt Ltd.

You will know me as a Best selling author, a TEDx speaker, somebody who has been associated with the stock markets for the last more than 20 years as a Trainer, a Technical Analyst, a Consultant, a SEBI registered Research Analyst (Reg No INH000000495), an Authorised Person and a AMFI registered Mutual Fund distributor.

Brain behind India's most respected and widely used Technical Analysis Software – PROFISION, I have managed to help a few thousand individuals in accessing charts and technical analysis study. Have trained more than 40,000 people across multiple cities in India. You can hear my views on the market and individual stocks on two of India's leading business channels - ET NOW and BTVi.

My contribution to the field of Technical Analysis has been simplifying the study of technical analysis and creation of two new price patterns - 'Listing Breakout and Trend Change Breakout'. I have always believed that 'Opportunities Do Not Have a Habit Of Sending An SMS Before They Come' and my foundation is built on two words - 'HONESTY WINS'.

For my contribution to the field i was awarded the "Rashtriya Udyogratna Puraskar" in 2013. In the same year Precision Technical Analysis Pvt Ltd secured the 'Most Promising Company In India For Stock Market Training' award. My hard work and initiative in the field of training and technical analysis software was recognized by Maharashtra Times. In their newspaper editions in Maharashtra dated 14 November 2015 they felicitated my efforts with an article titled in marathi 'Share Market Cha Waatadyaa' meaning 'A Person Who Shows The Way To Many In The Stock Market'.

- My first book was aimed at safe guarding the interests of the Intraday Trader and was published on 16 February 2016 titled 'How to Make Money in Day Trading – Trade on an Invitation'.
- The second book is a practical technical analysis course book and was released on 1 December 2018 titled , ‘TRADING AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS COURSE – How To Trade Safely And Profitably’. This book shares a time tested strategy called ‘A I M’ meant to help overcome the emotions of Fear & Greed.

As a TEDx speaker I shared an idea with which every individual can not only save and grow their hard earned money but along with it also built a strong foundation for their kids / the next generation. This TED Talk was well appreciated by the audience and has garnered more than 3.5 lakh views in just one year on youtube.

CHILDHOOD

I was born in a middle class family in Pune on 8 July 1975. My father worked with Telco between 1970 and 1993 when he retired. My mother though a house wife was an entrepreneur in her own way.

Like many, I too was meant to grow up in a way familiar to many - grow up, study, get a job, start earning, support the family, get married, have children, educate them, get them married, retire, become a grandparent etc. You will come across many people who even today go through this kind of a life cycle, many by the circumstance and an equal number by choice.

This kind of life cycle never attracted me, the thought itself never appealed to me. I had my own plans,I wanted to do something in life, something which could make a difference, something which could create value in other’s lives, something which could help others achieve their goals in life.

If you have big ambitions in life then get ready to watch a lot of movies, documentaries, videos, read books, read articles. They have plenty of things to teach and educate. I have always believed that learning from others experience is much better than trying the same things again. It always saves time, money and efforts if you learn from others instead of collecting experience by relearning something already done. This will always play an important role in your development. One movie which by default has to be in your list is‘Forrest Gump’.

It is a story about a man with low IQ, who does plenty of things in life and ensures that he excels in everything that he does. My favorite dialogue from the movie has been, Forrest Gump: “My momma always said, Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get.”

Life indeed is a box of chocolates, you will taste all sorts of them, some sweet and some bitter. To be successful you have to taste them as they come your way. I have successfully played the role of ‘Forrest’ throughout my life accepting everything that came my way as a box of chocolates. It surely has helped me immensely.Life has presented me with things which I never wanted to do or which I had never though off. It is because of this movie, I could enjoy all those different roles, responsibilities, goals, tasks like a box of chocolate.

HARDWORK is important in life but equally important is CLARITY. With it accepting a new task as a new box of chocolate becomes easy. This will provide you the required energy during the down periods.
